Woomly Exchange and Return Policy

1. Purpose

At Woomly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a clear and efficient process for handling product returns and exchanges to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all products purchased through our official channels, including our website and authorized sellers.

3. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Free Exchange:

We offer free exchanges within 7 days of receiving your product if you experience any of the following issues:

  • Size Issue: The product doesn’t fit as expected.
  • Fitting Issue: The fit is uncomfortable or not as described.
  • Wrong Color: The received product color does not match your order.
  • Wrong Size: The received size differs from what was ordered.
  • Product Issues: The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues.

How to Exchange:

  1. Initiate your exchange request via our website or customer service within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Once approved, within 24 hours, delivery boy will pick the old products from customer's address
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll send you the replacement on the within 24 hours of receiving the old product. It will take 4-7 days to deliver the new product to customers address. 

Late Exchange Requests:

If you request an exchange after 7 days of receiving the product, a fee of INR 150 will apply. We will inform you about this fee when you make the request.

4. Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • Torn Product: The product is damaged, torn, or defective.
  • Product Not Received in Good Condition: The product arrived in unacceptable condition (e.g., damaged packaging, broken seals).

How to Return:

  1. Initiate your return request via our website or customer service within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. You may need to provide evidence of the defect (e.g., photos).
  3. Delivery boy will pick the old products from customer's address on the return request placed. (Return delivery may take 4-7 days)
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 24 hours and will be credited with 48 hours. 

5. Important Notes

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted, except under special circumstances at Woomly's discretion.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or revise our Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly.
