At Woomly, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. We offer returns incase of damaged product delivery, wrong product, and wrong size delivered.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Order Cancellation by Customers: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 4 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team at hello@woomly.in as soon as possible.
2.2. Order Cancellation by Woomly: We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include but are not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
In the event that we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
